We do not write consulting reports. We believe that most clients know where they want to go; but are having some challenges getting there on time; because of a shortage of manpower, skills and tools and most importantly being too involved in everyday tasks.

We are there with all our heart to serve our clients, handle the work required to reach their vision.

We have designed our approach to business consulting around what people have told us, works for them. We do not sit in our firm to write consulting reports. We stay in our client's place and build a joint project team, including Dorsa people and the client’s.

In this way, we will find chances while we discuss issues with coworkers and over tea breaks or on walks around the building during lunch hour. By exploring concerns and interacting with people in their own environment, we can mutually explore the appropriate course of action.

Listening attentively has taught us to align our approach to what people tell us they need more. We work side by side with our clients.We go beyond consulting to actual implementation and provide "If we had been there, we would do that" concept; which could help the organization reach its vision.

Thus we offer ways for clients to obtain some sort of support without having to enter into more formal training arrangements.

Of course we do provide training to our clients as needed to supplement the client’s personnel.

We try to penetrate this idea to the minds of the employees of our clients that no organization is perfect. The one they work in, can only get better with their own help. On the other hand, we try to get the chance to discover how to make the way smooth for them and their organization.
